- Can I block requesters who don't show?
- Yes — block-and-report is built in. Blocked users can't request you again. Reports go to a moderation queue. And the no-show detection cron handles the most common case automatically: −20 reliability for both parties when a chat passes its scheduled end without being marked complete.
- Do I have to charge for chats?
- No. You can offer free chats, paid consultations, or both. PRO is about platform features (unlimited volume, public presence) — not about gating which chats are paid. Job seekers see clearly which mentors offer free time.
- What does the public profile actually look like?
