How it works
Four steps. Zero ghosting.
1. Browse intent-filtered profiles
Filter by what you actually want — career advice, mentorship, job search, feedback, industry insights, networking, skill development, or collaboration. Reliability scores show on every card.
2. Send a request with an icebreaker
Pick a curated conversation prompt so your ask isn't just "can we chat?" The recipient has 48 hours to respond — requests auto-expire after that, no chasing required.
3. Confirm 24 hours before
Once accepted, both parties have to confirm 24 hours before the meeting. Skip the confirmation and the chat auto-cancels. Show up, and you both earn +10 reliability.
4. Have a real conversation
Virtual or in-person, your choice. Rate each other afterward. Your reputation compounds — better reliability means better matches over time.

48-hour request window
Send a chat request and the recipient has 48 hours to respond. After that, the request auto-expires — nobody chases anyone.
Mandatory 24-hour confirmation
Both parties must confirm attendance 24 hours before the chat. Skip the confirmation, and the system auto-cancels — preventing last-minute no-shows.
Automatic reminders
Email + in-app reminders fire at 24 hours and 1 hour before. Meeting link is included. Respects your notification preferences.

Every account starts at 100. You earn points when you show up, lose them when you don't. Scores are public — visible to mentors and job seekers before any meeting is booked.
